YOUR OBLIGATIONS
- You Agree, to truthfully represent the facts as known to you to use the service for lawful purposes.
- To be responsible for checking out any information not under the control of Big Bear Escapes, its owners, homeowners, renters, employees and vendors from all damages, actual and other.
- It is your responsibility to read and understand the rental agreement as it is a binding and legal contract.
- All of Big Bear Escapes Homes are non smoking accommodations.
- All cabins have a cleaning fee depends on cabin and size.
- All cabins have 16% tax and fees added.
- Rentals over 30 days will have a 6% booking fee but no tot tax.
- To book any of our cabins you must be at least 25 years old with valid drivers License and credit card.
- We reserve the right to have any guest removed from any of our cabins for any noise disturbance, property damage, more cars than allowed, over maximum occupancy in the cabin at anytime and you will not be refunded in full or partial payment.
