I purchased my family vacation home in Big Bear almost two years ago with the intention of offering the property for short-term rental. Shortly after purchase we began the process of reaching out to property management companies recommended by our realtor. Coincidentally we also received a letter from Doria of Big Bear Escapes who was on our realtor’s list! I contacted Doria and was impressed by her personal touch. Within a couple of days she came over and met with us and walked us through the entire process and made sure we understood every step.
We had a few months before we could rent due to upgrades being made. Doria stayed in touch and helped us secure contractors for work being done. When we were ready to rent Doria helped us navigate all the necessary city approvals.
We are now a year into the rental process. Doria has been incredibly responsive and hands-on. Her commitment to providing exceptional service is clear, and she takes her reputation very seriously. Since we’ve started renting, she’s been equally attentive to our guests, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
