Excellent location! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of linens, and the living/dining room was just right. Fun games for the kids, relaxing couch to sit on, and the host provided a nice welcome basket with snacks, water, and a bottle of wine! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Doria's place in Big Bear is the perfect getaway. The house itself is really nice, and has all the amenities you need for a weekend in the mountains. It's cozy and has lots of charm, with enough space for everyone on your trip to spread out and relax. Plus, you can't beat the view—it's amazing! If you're looking for a ski getaway to Big Bear, I highly recommend this place, as it's only a few minutes' drive to Bear Mountain, but far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful after a long day on the slopes.

The Meadow Pines was a great family getaway! The cabin is cozy and well-equipped, and the huge backyard was perfect for the kids and our dog. We especially enjoyed movie nights on the big smart TV. Quiet, comfortable, and close to everything — we had a wonderful stay!
First time staying with Big Bear Escapes and first time renting a house. The entire process was incredibly easy and done all remotely. We have a handicapped family member so finding lodging that is wheel chair accessible is always a challenge, but we found a great home we were able to stay in over the MLK weekend. The house was clean and filled with family activities including movies, video games and a hot tub. I communicated with Doria through out the entire process including during the stay. She was available via text at all times and made us feel well taken care of.
A beautiful place to come and relax with friends/family! The view was so stunning - the photos online don’t do it justice! Such a wonderful stay and Doria was very nice!! Thanks again!
