My family, including three teenagers and our large dog, stayed at Grizzly Getaway for 3 days, including during a major snowstorm. It was everything we hoped for - spacious, well-stocked, attractive, warm, clean and comfortable. Doria was incredibly helpful and responsive when we had questions during our stay, and left us a wonderful welcome basket. The fireplace and the jacuzzi were our mainstays and they were fabulous. Everything we needed was easy to find and in a logical place (ex, coffee filters, lighter for the wood, extra blankets, kitchen utensils). We will definitely be coming back!!

We had an amazing long weekend in Big Bear. Doria was a wonderful hostess and was friendly, proactive in communication and so helpful. The houses is cozy and clean - right near the slopes and very well maintained. We have stayed in Big Bear a half dozen times over the past few years and this was the best spot we've been to yet. We will definitely look to book here again.

Doria is a wonderful and responsive host. She ensured all information was provided days before our stay with thorough guidance. The place was spacious, clean, and had plenty of room for our guests. Very cozy and had great garage space for our snowboarding gear. It is a beautiful neighborhood with the lakeside right in front. Would recommend and book in the future.
